RetainReady is a product of Spence Consultants, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a New York limited liability company with a principal place of business in Mount Vernon, New York. This policy applies to retainready.com and related services.

• Automatic information. Basic log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site) collected by our hosting provider (Netlify) to operate and secure the site.
• Cookies. We use only the cookies required for site operation and member authentication. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile visitors across sites.
